Mr. Schillinger has a skin disease and has to stay in a darkened room without daylight. Daylight causes skin burn, cancer, but public authorities refuse daylight protection (allows 30 minutes, maximal, att. daylight not sunshine), counselling, aid, medical treatment incl. radiation, diabetic control and mistreat a disabled. The mission is set: kill Bruno and close case, finally.
German officials, supervisor, politicians accept this and so refuse human rights und UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (art. 13 Access to Justice – German Federal law). We asked prime minister of Baden-Wuerttemberg Mr. Kretschmann (Green Party) for aid, investigation – silence. Social, Justice, Internal affairs – silence too. The state ministry got order stop information to state parliament in this case. And all members of state parliament did same as prime minister – silence.
It seems easier kill a human, disabled through officials, close case, instead of starting investigation against their own officials, colleagues for crimes against humanity. Another unsolved mistreatment . Mr. Schillinger was arrested on behalf of a politician, without a warrant, abducted and subjected to 12 km away. – without food, water, medicines for diabetes, daylight protection, money, mobile phone. Or embezzled documents in government agencies.

I, Bruno Schillinger, apply for asylum, shelter, aid on humanitarian and political reasons.
I thank all people, from the bottom of my heart, who helped me to survive, recover and live.

We often have tried to find a solution together with German officials and politicians to save my health and life, but they even not interested in aid, conversation (solve problem and avoid loss of reputation of the country) and signed so the death sentence. They gave order ‘let Bruno peg out!’
Due his skin disease, Bruno has to stay in darkness, without daylight (causes painful skin burn, cancer). Officials refuse daylight protection and so Bruno is prisoner in a small one room flat, caught in darkness. Eye damage through German authority, so he can’t read at the moment and we hope anytime he will get aid, medical treatment, food.
Political reason
The politician accept all deeds of their officials – they know that they did not got all information, that officials lied, investigation, refused aid, so as e.g. a member of German parliament promised aid for next week and informed other members too – we waiting since Nov. 13th 2009 (fax date) for his promised aid. Or ALL members of state parliament of Baden-Wuerttemberg refuse UN ‘Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities’, human rights, The Basic Law of Germany, constitution of Baden-Wuerttemberg and authorize so this mistreating!
Basic problem is that they shelter officials, another politician. That politician had supported the father of Bruno, but did not inform the family that he is in hospital and in agony (over one week), dying lonesome. He refuses any answer why he did not inform family, organized burning funeral against will of family using old power of attorney and embezzle latest one, which ended with death of Bruno’s father. He had no time for information, but time take € 33.000,- in cash from the dying father’s account. Besides same politician is in the ARGE, which sabotaged Bruno’s workplaces, to avoid that Bruno start work, earn money and pay a lawyer. No investigation in both cases by officials. No money, no lawyer, no rights, no human rights. All to close this case!
No one phoned Bruno personally – when Bruno reached anyone, he did not get the status of person and all had interest to hide the doings. When Bruno asked for complete investigation the conversation talk was finished with ‘I’ll call back’ and this was last sentence. Another example is personal office of prime minister of Baden-Wuerttemberg ‘we got your fax, transferred to the right department – (which?) – no we don’t know which department – they will contact you – (when?) – you have to wait’. Unbelievable, the victim has to wait for a phone call from department which no one knew – German politician. Meanwhile the lower officials use this ‘excuses’ and say ‘When the first minister is refusing any aid, investigation, than why should we do anything else?’.
Two other examples: Denial of reading loud device, etc. simultaneously they write letters, decisions and say that these are final, with full knowledge that no one can read it and eye damage caused by own manager. Or lawyer: Bruno asked social courts for ‘assigning to an attorney‘, that this lawyer could do the work and attend e.g. court date. The social court ignored this, The District Court of Freiburg wrote this answer ‘You are cautioned that in social matters a counselling certificate is generally not granted“. So no rights for victims of officials, politician.
Same principle in other cases. Some persons starved, because they did not get longer welfare and the comment of an official manager to the starved woman was ‘she was not longer our customer’ but did not inform welfare office or ask ‘how can she live without any aid?‘.
Same in the case of 10 murdered person, incl. one police sergeant. No one is interested find the truth and shredding of folder was accepted. The official lied/refused information, financed these kind of groups/party or supported in another way.(e.g. id paper, ……).
So there is murdering of a disabled rather work for a newbie.

…..but no one granted this basic right it, most were astonished, some laughed, all refused!
Humanitarian reason
Principle: Bruno is a human like everyone else in our world. He want life, work, food, medical treatment and human rights. All refused, sabotaged by German officials, authority & politicians.
When any authority/person refuse food, diabetic treatment is this a murder attempt!
When supervisor, prosecutor refuse investigation is this a crime, and here an act of state terror!
As Bruno in Feb. 2009 did not accept the sermon of ARGE (employment office) e.g. ‘I’ve to announce in order of our manager, with you, everything is discussed and clarified‘, asked ‘when? I haven’t seen this person since two years‘. No answer given, but he should be forced to revoke his request for investigation. ARGE sabotaged his work (permanent, full time, IT), confirmed this in own report, ‘A switch according to xxx could not take place due to lack of removal costs declaration of the ARGE. (key excerpt)’. Neither yes or no! They did nothing! No answer, No advise, silence and not even change start date from Aug. 1st to Sept. 1st 2005 did help and ARGE sabotaged other jobs too. Wasted tax, ruined life of Bruno (IT Business, expert in speech recognition).
Immediately, in March 2009 the officials stopped unemployment benefit, unsubscribed from the health insurance. So Bruno had no longer diabetic treatment, food, rent – nothing.
As we wrote, Social office send one person to Bruno at home with offer ‘aid against incapacitation‘ – as Bruno demanded for aid, she run away and cried ‘a judge will decide this‘. No aid, no support, no consultation – they send Bruno to death!
Social court ignored emergency situation and refused judgement of Federal Court of Germany
The courts must be protective and supportive against the fundamental rights of individuals represent …………….. This is especially true when it comes to respect for the dignity of man. A violation of this constitutional guarantee, even if it only seems possible or temporary lasts have to prevent the courts.
Meanwhile (july 2009) we organized that Bruno could come to us to England and survived. He paid with eye/kidney damage (irreparable, laboratory values GFR 71). When he was back, he informed ARGE about survive and eye damage. Until today there was no aid, support, investigation. Firstly, we offered that we read loud when ARGE send letters by fax/E-Mail and we can take access above computer. Since his phone was blocked this is not longer possible, but ARGE did not anything. We claimed for reading loud machine, assistant – no answer. All questions for aid, counselling, advice were ignored. They often asked ‘Why did you come back?! There you would get medical treatment, food and social welfare, more/double than here in Germany‘.
We offered often conversation, with no result. Even 2 ½ year after judgement of Federal Court the deputy manager of ARGE (July 2012) ignored verdict in a phone call, as before all written claim for this judgement (included written form of judgement) or had order to refuse basic law.
Here some other citations of German authorities. They are from the district office and the ARGE. The ARGE completed anything in writing – in the knowledge that currently Bruno can not even read by mistreatment of own ARGE managers and the district administration denied the writing for that reasons:
‘We don’t write to you not because you can’t read themselves‘ (causing eye damage through his own superiors District Administrator). *** ‘You will never get written from us, that the ARGE is responsible‘ – that is a lie, both officials are responsible, and they knew this! To our often proposed conference (condition ‘competent advisors’) obviously the truth was said ‘we do not have one, how can we take one?‘.
The social court of Freiburg is more perfidious – after we have proved that they have violated judgments of the Supreme Court (the highest German court) and we asked Social Court President Stephan for a statement promptly, he initiated the incapacitation of Mr. Schillinger. The expert confirmed that this is arbitrariness ‘you make those work, who want their rest and peace‘. So a disabled has to loose his human rights that officials can refuse oath, work, paid for generously.
At the same time the expert tried to extort ‘if you accept incapacitation, you COULD get diabetic treatment‘ ‘ to meet their mission. This was second attempt for incapacitation to legalize their misdeeds, mistreatment and attempt murder.
Other example of mistreatment: Supervisory (Regional Council) was informed (Jan. 13th 2012) that Bruno is bleeding out of ears. No answer, no aid! As Bruno phoned and after month (May) reached the supervisor of the responsible person, he got answer ‘there is no reason for a complaint, the person can still help – there is no time limit‘. When Bruno died, bad luck?
Or medical records have been omitted in order to refuse help. ARGE testified to the State Department that there are no medical records – has been revealed as the lie, they refused to investigate. And this was accepted by highest level of state government of Baden-Wuerttemberg, too.
Social court, higher social court, all supervisory authorities, all colleagues, attorney general, ministers (social, judgement, internal affairs) and politicians accepted this doing – refused or exactly ignored each investigation – proofed so that Bruno has no right for life in Germany. Reason for death sentence is either: euthanasia or they fear investigation, prefer murder to close the case.
Trough his incurable skin disease he has to stay in a darkened room, without daylight. With medical daylight blocker he could get daylight (not sunshine) for maximal 30 minutes. But this is refused by officials like other medical treatment (e.g. physiotherapist and radiation), additional medicine, attend doctors (no fare, no doctor), food, and so on.
So we cry in the name of humanity:

Stop the maltreatment, murder by German officials!
Grant Human Rights, asylum, shelter, aid, food!
Our proposals – step by step – in advance, we thank you for your aid – all is helpful!
1st Emergency aid and shelter (e.g. food, medicine, daylight protection, ….. bespoke with Bruno)
2nd Medical care by his trusted doctors – avoid blindness, loosing hearing, skin cancer – grant diabetic control/treatment, avoid diabetic feet – treat hearth blood pressure problems; cervical spine with pain and paralysis (physiotherapist); kidney damage and more. Get teeth operation and new glasses (possible after 6 months (3 for treatment and 3 keep stable eye measurements)). Besides kidney damage does not allow pain medication and treatment in hospital was prevented by ARGE due refuse information. And we seek a trusted supporter for post, paperwork and other close to Bruno’s village
3rd convey a charity organisation.
4th 3rd Rescue of Bruno out of the hands of his murderers
5th ASYLUM – Departure or escape to another country (UK preferred, reasons: research centre and a doctor for his incurable skin disease plus sea air for lung)
6th Public investigation – we have often proved that authorities including to German Bundestag and state parliament lied – that the Attorney General and to Federal Prosecutor refuse the UN ‘Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities’, or e.g. criminal complaints were ignored and so their officials colleagues protected.
7th We ask for your support in compensation for medical treatment to keep the costs low for the asylum country, until Germany will compensate it. Than German authorities, courts have Bruno sent to death, caused these serious health problems.

Closing words
When the responsible political leaders, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Prime Minister of Baden-Wuerttemberg Winfried Kretschmann, refuse any investigation, accept lie of their own officials, so they accept, authorize and order this cruel misdeeds and ‘crimes against humanity’. By all the lie it is unbelievable, why no one did phone Bruno and said ‘this is our information, given by our colleagues, is any true?‘. A disabled is worthless, neither worth the truth, counselling nor a simple phone call. Or feared all the truth, when all facts would proofed, compared?
It is incomprehensible that Bruno must continue ask same people for help, who sent him to death and will have only benefits from his death.
Therefore we must conclude definitively, that Bruno Schillinger was sentenced to death, twice.
Once as a disabled person and once as political refugee. The extermination of disabled people took place in Germany cruel time before. The political persecution stems from the fact that he is the (still) living proof that German authorities, politicians, refuse human rights, and are protected such by their colleagues, comrades, crony and fellow party members.
We ask for asylum, support, medical treatment, other and right of life. Support the country which grant asylum and support that Germany has to compensate the costs.
We kindly ask you to grant humanity, please.

Had they gone to court, they would have lost – because their own records prove these crimes. The court would be required to report criminal charges – against all who do nothing now and thereby participate in these crimes. They know that they would proof at court their own crimes against humanity and so they decided ‘close the file, kill Bruno!’‘.

Officials assumed that we got internal information, tried often ‘send your friends or anyone’ to find out the names. Principles of Judgment of the First Senate of February 9th 2010 (GG = Basic Law)
1st The fundamental right to a decent minimum income under Article 1 paragraph 1 GG in conjunction with the social state principle of Article 20 paragraph 1 GG guarantees every person in need to those material conditions, which, for its physical existence and a minimum level of participation in social cultural and political life are essential.
2nd This fundamental right under Article 1 paragraph 1 GG has a warrant of its conjunction with Article 20 paragraph 1 GG next to the absolute acting claim under Article 1 paragraph 1 GG to respect the dignity of each individual independent significance. It is to be the reason for disposal and must be redeemed, but need to finalize and continuous updating by the legislator who has to align the services to be provided at their stage of development of the community and the existing conditions of life. Here he has the leeway.
3rd To determine the scope of the claim legislature reality meet all necessary living expenses in a transparent and objective method to measure and understand, based on reliable figures and consistent method of calculation.

(2) If the court were not a full investigation of the facts and the law in summary proceedings possible, is to decide on the basis of a weighing of consequences (see Federal Constitutional Court, 2nd Chamber of the First Senate, NVwZ-RR 2001, p 694 <695> ). Also in this case the interests of the applicant’s fundamental rights are fully adjusted in the balance. The courts must be protective and supportive against the fundamental rights of individuals represent (see Federal Constitutional Court, 1st Chamber of the First Senate, NJW 2003, S. 1236 <1237>). This is especially true when it comes to respect for the dignity of man. A violation of this constitutional guarantee, even if it only seems possible or temporary lasts have to prevent the courts. These special requirements for fast-track the other, may not prevent the courts of the principle of avoiding undue anticipation mainly by such services only at a discount award (see SG Dusseldorf, NJW 2005, p 845 <847>).

Behinderter Deutscher kämpft für seine Gesundheit, Leben und sucht Asyl!
Freunde (SAFOB) von Herr Bruno Schillinger haben die ausländischen Botschaft in Deutschland um Asyl aus humanitären und politischen Gründen ersucht.
Weil ARGE/Jobcentre Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald mehrfach seine Arbeitsplätze (Vollzeit, unbefristet) sabotiert hatte, verlangte er eine öffentliche Untersuchung – keine Antwort. Die Reaktion kam prompt. ALG II wurde nicht fortbezahlt, dadurch wurde Essen und vor allem Diabetesbehandlung verweigert = Ziel Tod von Bruno Schillinger. Sein Leben konnte zwar in England gerettet werden, doch er erlitt Augen- Nierenschaden (irreparabel, GFR 71). Keine Hilfe, durch Behörden, Politiker und Herr Schillinger muss weiterhin dieselben Personen um Hilfe bitten, die ihn in den Tod schickten und dies weiter versuchen.
Herr Schillinger hat eine Hauterkrankung und darf nicht ins Tageslicht, er muss in einer kleinen Wohnung ohne Tageslicht leben. Tageslicht verursacht Hautverbrennungen, Krebs. Doch die Behörden verweigern den Tageslichtschutz mit dem er maximal 30 Minuten ins Tageslicht dürfte, wie auch Beratung, Soforthilfe, medizinische Behandlung, inkl. Bestrahlung, Diabeteskontrolle und misshandeln so einen behinderten Menschen. Der Auftrag ist klar: kill Bruno und schließt den Fall!.
Deutsche Behörden, Politiker akzeptieren das alles und verweigern so Grundgesetz, Menschenrechte, UN Behindertenrechtskonvention (Art. 13 Zugang zur Justiz; Bundesgesetz). Wir baten BW Ministerpräsident Kretschmann (Grüne) um Hilfe und forderten öffentliche Untersuchung – Schweigen. Das Staatsministerium hatte sogar Auftrag dem Landtag keine weiteren Informationen weiterzugeben. Alle Abgeordneten des Landtages waren über alles informiert und eiferten dem Ministerpräsidenten nach – Schweigen! Es ist für alle informierten, beteiligten Personen einfacher, einen Menschen zu misshandeln, in den Tod zu schicken, statt zu helfen und eine öffentliche Untersuchung gegen die eigenen Behörden zu beginnen, wegen Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit. Ein weitere, ungeklärte Misshandlung: Herr Schillinger wurde im Auftrag eines Politikers verhaftet – ohne Haftbefehl, verschleppt und ausgesetzt, 12 km von der schützenden Wohnung entfernt – ohne Wasser, Essen, Diabetesmedikamente, Tageslichtschutz, Geld, Handy. Oder unterschlagene medizinische Unterlagen in Behörden.
Stoppt deutsche Behörden, Politiker!

Häufig gestellte Frage: ‘Gibt es in Deutschland nicht, unglaublich, ist das wahr, werden wieder Behinderte misshandelt? Antwort: ‘besuchen Sie die Webseite, dort werden seit Jahren die Namen der informierten, beteiligten Personen genannt – wäre nur ein Komma falsch, hätte man schon lange abgeschaltet und wäre vor Gericht gezogen.
